Ingredients:

  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 shallots, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. ginger
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Pour canned tomatoes into a pot.
  2. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Lower the heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
